It is good news but I'm a bit mystified how they could rerate the stock up by only 31% when the following has happened since their last report
- 3 months closer to production and by the recent announcement still on budget in time and funding
- basket ree price has doubled!!
- more customers
- further restrictions on quota from China
- more hree's in resource/reserves
Maybe its just me!
