just ignore whatever tobago (tharlow) says. he has no clue what he's talking about......somrtimes the things he says are so wrong i think he's taking the piss or having a joke.
if tobago did know about liver cancer, he be aware that treatment as an adjuvent to surgery and treatment of non-operable liver cancer are DIFFERENT INDICATIONS.
PI-88 WILL BE THE FIRST DRUG APPROVED TO TREAT PRIMARY LIVER CANCER AS AN ADJUNCT TO SURGERY
NEXAVAR WILL BE APPROVED TO TREAT ADVANCED (INOPERABLE) LIVER CANCER
NOTE: PI-88 has a much better safety profile than nexavar........nexavars safety profile makes it VERY UNLIKELY that the drug WILL EVER be a serious adjunct treatment...
These two indications are like chalk and cheese!
