They havent officially withdrawn the offer, Hanlong management have come out and said that they will continue to negotiate with SDL and they still desperately want this project, the offer of 50cents still stands but was rejected by SDL as being way too low....
Hanlong are still a player in this game, you can guarantee that...
SDL Management will come out shortly with a further announcement...
In addition, choice of suitor for this project should be decided by end of month, announcement shortly on this one too...
