    Good analysis FiendishRedbeard. Both appear to have plenty of upside.

    My initially price target for CLR was $3 by June 11, which I've now moved to +$5 based on prelimary assessment of Grosvenor West project alone. IMO it will have a very impressive NPV (multiples of current market cap) as it has significant capex advantages on its peers.
