    Full CBS report put out by Southern Cross today, included in Charlie Aitkens report with similar wording to your posted article. Charlie says BUY to 24c.

    Prob the reason why CBS is charging today.

    SCE have a very good track record on these calls. NEN @ 16c, MSB @ under $3 etc.
