XRF continues to generate strong cash flows in less than ideal
industry conditions. We remain confident that in the future XRF will continue to grow both organically and through acquisitions.
Based on our relative and DCF valuation, our price objective is increased from $0.31 to $0.34 due to the Kitco acquisition and rolling forward of our DCF and EV/EBITDA valuations. In line with our recommendation guide, we upgrade to HOLD.
