Buying for my friend's super i picked-up 40k at 30c and 5k at 26c. That's me in queue at 26c for another 45k. Clearly the report from today's AGM is disappointing. Both top and bottom lines have fallen in first 4 mths of FY14. So what is XRF worth? I'm having trouble re-downloading the update but (from memory) i reckon EPS will drop about 10-13% in 1Hfy14. increase in share 3 doesn't help. 2hFY14 may see sales stabilise and even increase. If XRF can produce EPS of 5-10% less than in FY13 then buying-in at around 29c looks ok. If you feel that is too optimistic then 26c is obviously preferable. New machines and good customer base give XRF some advantages. MS sector (HDX excepted) clearly getting caned. Look how AAX plummeted today.
