That report by UBS was done in January 2013 , not 2014 . Worth looking at though because it confirms this company has gone nowhere in a year and remains in the doldrums. They were saying 50 cents back then as well , and have been proven incorrect . People talking now about 50 cents look to me be playing with themselves . Right now I would be happy with 20 cents ! This latest downward step post approvals is not a good sign at all , and I wonder if the declining cash position is more of a problem than first thought
