Glad they did just that. To offload weak holders. Wouldn't be surprised if they were accumulating TON as it fell lower. More opportunity for fundamental believers that TON I'd under value to accumulate. Don't worry about noises in between (fluctuation). Stick it out if you believe in the underlying value because sooner or later people will start catching on to it. That is when you start offloading. Don't sell when it goes down, instead sell when it goes up.
