Again an excellent post!.
Key point is that CNP is not being traded on fundamentals but on speculation by small retail investors i.e. Comsec etc. Many posters on this thread do not understand price & value are not the same thing. A week ago CNP may have been 48 cents cf now around 34 cents but has the company changed so much in the last week to lose 29% of its market capitilization? Assuming little has change over the week CNP now has lower risk due to a lower price & less risk, not more risk than a week ago all things being equal.
Anyway, CNP is probably should best be left to the experienced long term investor rather than traders.
