So from what you are saying Buffett, we could assume that there could be a few cashed up individuals taking a bit of a stake on this stock rather than just institutions and brokers. You only need $1 mill to buy 4.4 m shares at the current price and if the price hits $2.00 again you could buy a ski lodge with the proceeds and a small plane to get you there.

There are plenty of people around with $1mil in cash too (although I am unfortunately not one of them)!
