Yes, found it in BS on the 9th. Looks like it was also syndicated to a number of other publications; even CC at Fairfax reproduced it on the 11th.
The Merrill report was published on the 15th in response to the CAF sale (hence the title). I guess it's unclear as to whether their view has changed in light of the CAF sale or not as the report doesn't mention Centro being on the brink.
