Word of caution....last cap raise regal took a chunk and are still sitting on quite a few of them. Every time the s/p goes up they flick out a few more and cap things. Same happened when the s/p was in the 30's and the 50's. Soon as they get mostly done, s/p finds a new level. Personal opinion is s/p is cheap on every basis but a real re-rate will probably only happen after resource becomes measured rather than indicated and inferred. Then people will start to put dollar values per oz imo, and it won't be $41 per oz.
