as with all those analysts and self appointed experts - they all see integration risk in its normal form - huge conglomerate A taking over minnow B, sacking all the management and extracting as much as they can out of it, with no thought for what got that minnow to its attractive position in the 1st place. lange has made it clear many times that these businesses remain separate entities for a large part of the time, and only coming together, with original management & staff CONTRIBUTING to the overall good when required.
