Ramallah, Citi has a one-year price target of $2.60 and BAML of $2.49. So, if they expect WTF to be that in one year- and that is their "growth" target, one could expect WTF to be 20% lower than that?
I always look at the lowest price targets as my "default", as it saves me money. Those brokers are putting a price on WTF of the low $2~ range, and assume no real growth. At those levels, it could be good value?
