Well, if WTF falls to around 20% below $2.60, or $2.08, they will have a PE/r of about 10, and a market cap of $440m. They still have close to 10% of market share of rooms- just fallen below that. Maybe Expedia or Priceline would then pick them up, or WTF could take out a smaller fish (WEB?) WEB still too expensive on a PE/r measure, imo.
