yes its not as simple as a licencee just giving orders to an employees compared to getting independent contractors to take up validated services and software from the Licencee but that could well change given the liability contagion that is arcing up.
In any event take up will be impacted by the different circumstance of practices for example many will have a paraplanning people they cant just get rid of in a hurry.
