Convertible notes are funny things in that they require the ultimate faith in the company by investors in producing enough revenue to push forward all their project aspirations as well as paying the convertible note interest.

I have seen a few convertible note deals not eventuate because things changed over the course of the notes being organised.

Its stuff like this that one has to have faith in management to get done.But from Dr C's comments about Don Turvey and his strong motivation to make this work, it wont be any lack of management enthusiasm that results in a negative outcome for the C/notes.
