    DOW jones wire service just released a sentence Morgan Stanley has dropped target for GXY to $2.87 ....how they get that valuation just beats me when Bell Potter and several others recently upgraded to $3.80 up to $4.50.......anyone with the Morgan Stanley report bias please assist...thanks
