ACB (Acap ) did similar recently ...
I/we just have to accept the fact that cap raising&dilution is all part of the process to get the $$ to complete feasibility studies & then build mine...
IMO There's still plenty of pie to go around & have to be sorta grateful that bmn can get investment $$$ considering the world finance probs.
I remember what paladin went thru ....lotsa cap raisings & lots more dilution ...look at the number of shares on issue in Pdn...
