Hi guys.
Been doing a bit of research into EVG over the last week.
Whilst my number one big tick comes from management owning/buying large amounts of stock, I do look for other reasons to buy.
I look for reasons that will provide impetus for price rises or a re-rating of the company by the market.
Simply saying that 10c is coming, to me is relying on hope rather than facts as to why the price will get there. Why will investors be compelled to buy???
I spoke to one of the top 10 shareholders yesterday and asked him the same question. His answer was around the idea of a price rise resulting from us moving closer to becoming a producer.
The problem as I see it, is that it is still some time away....so why would I buy today, when I might still see the price at this level in 10-12 months?
Not trying to talk the company or its prospects down, just looking to uncover information that I am not already in receipt of.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
Kiril.
