Was thinking min $100m, subject to whether the Board wanted to minimise dilution, and they think the SP will continue to increase, then they might do it in several, regular bites at the higher SP's. Big CR would need TA2 and TA3 good results, smaller CR you could do it sooner but probably still need to see the full picture at TA1.

Don't really see a downside if we are continuing to announce good results and thereby attracting interest and investors, a la Lassonde Curve if you believe in that sort of thing. Cheers.
