Ongoing application issues was addressed in the negotiations but I don’t know what security RSK wanted to assure they get approved on time. If we let go TAFTA then we need a guarantee that they will approve all of our future applications and underground mining will be one of them. At this stage we applied for super pit and they requested additional doc which we have provided back in June and now we are waiting for them to give us the green light.
