I don't know why it is becoming so difficult to work out what should be the potential value of NEU.
my reasons are
1. Company is generating revenue
2. Next year expected revenue is told by the company.
3. New markets are going to start in 1 to 2 years.
4. There is a missing factor whether 3 more diseases can be endorsed onto the product, buy all are getting into final trials which means initial trials are successful.
5. Cash reserves are good enough to survive any bad impact.
So based on facts we have company made a profit of 166 million last year.
Next year revenue is going to be less than last year but once new markets will start it may get there or may even beat that number in future without a second FDA approval. My reason for the same is Canada, japan and EU markets ( combined) are bigger than US and even in US have we have penetration of 30% only and chances are there for better penetrations.
Contracts are already been signed for those new markets.
We all know canada may start 3rd quarter and EU by next year.
Cash reserve is a sweet point for NEU to be into, they can easily look after their final trials without asking any money from the market. May be FDA meeting in April will make things clearer.
But to me present sp does not support even the existing product and sp can easily be above $20 leave alone new approvals.
To me either someone knows more than what company is telling us and everything is going to be a big failure otherwise there is no reason for this mrch panic sales.
