Relax and trust the process mate.
There are so many factors at play - M&A manipulation, shorting, profit taking, macro-economic factors, fatigue, lack of clarity around the future in terms of timeframes and endpoints/indications, lack of a positive placebo-controlled trial, the current SP being closer to fair value than we perceive - and the list goes on.
All you should be asking is whether the science is valid and backable - I think both are BIG yesses from my PoV. The fact that company is well run and we have wonderful financial strength, that will only get better, is a huge bonus and strengthens our position.
The SP will eventually come right. It has to, whether that is through a gradual increase or a TO offer that sends it north. The increase to $25 was probably too fast in fairness and while $12 is a joke, $25 may just be a little too hot for the market, with the current amount of recurring revenue we have, sans the milestone/special payments.
Jon has said very clearly that Skyclaris is a great comparison for Trofinetide across the board, including commercially. He has repeatedly said that he thinks the current just the 4 current indications have a potential worth of 4-5 times Trofinetide. He has also said that a DCF will be used to value the company, not the current SP.
Beyond that Gerry has said that they are open to offers and have had discussions with interested parties, but they are very clear eyed and focussed on the fact that true value is unlocked after a successful P3 trial. Only a knockout offer will shift this view - and I am very, very comforted by their clear focus and steady hand.
I know its hard to wait but the way I see this is kinda similar to when you are driving somewhere and you really need to go to the bathroom and the closer you get to your destination, the harder it becomes to hold "it" in. It's like your body knows the end is in sight and just wants to get rid of "it" and make it happen. The same thing is happening here - we are so close to the end and in some respects, it is getting really hard to hold with the current SP where it is, cause we know that just around the corner is fair value and relief from these hard times.
It will come though - good times will come for holders. I am very confident of that. We are almost at the destination and its hard to hold but good times are coming.
