There exact words at the end of the report are
"We have upgraded our recommendation for BMA to a buy around 26.5 cents for members with no exposure"
To me that means if you are "exposed" its a hold several years ago there was a bunch of writting about euphamisms analysts use to me the above statement is just that a euphamism to hold
Maybe the price was 26.5 cents on the 30th of Nov I dont know but that is not what the statement above refers to
