Being a parent of a little baby, I wish that BBN could provide some extra services for members:
- A subscription for products such as nappies, formulas, wipes, ... at a discount.
- A referral discount/offer for playgrounds, kid activities, extracurricular classes, etc.
- More tailored marketing materials/emails generated from analysis of members' data.
- Each store could be developed into a go-to place for young kids and parents with various activities and offerings, instead of just a retail place.
Do not just compete on the retail side, as BBN has so much more potential that could be offered to its clients, and especially members, to generate revenue and loyalty.
Being a parent of a little baby, I wish that BBN could provide...
