These are games to trick retail holders into selling at those lower levels. If they continue buying ‘non stop’ the price will very quickly rise and lower prices will be a thing of the past. The insto(s) will prefer to buy at lower prices, with constant volume available at lower levels to accumulate at. This comes from retail who are unsure if a big drop will come and think it’s a good time to sell up.
