Their initial strategy IMO is risk management, see this all the time over and over across all forms of raisings.

I see next to zero price support from any of our dilute-ers so they are happy as a PIShite atm.

When more comfortable over time in their total risk left they might?..more provably not sell for such low rote reward and actually become a shareholder just like us with the company's best interest at heart (on paper/personal balance sheet obviously)..unless they get a fright, same as us.

See it/this play out all the time.
