I guess the answer is in the resolution 2 for the ability to place an additional 10% of shares as required. Surely if we were either close to some substantial deals or some sustainable income then why would this be required???? By the same token, i notice we are voting for another barrage of "Incentive options"for various directors, because apparently the 700K a year between them and the last 15 million shares werent enough. If this does fly these guys will absolutely clean up with incentive shares, options etc. If it fails just keep issuing $2mil worth of shares (Coincidentally about 25% of the company?) until no more cash comes in, then fold and move on. Drop all the incentive shares and options because they havent paid a cent for any of them anyway. How dumb are we if this keeps going on??
