I think that the market requires some tangable reassureance before the sp can recover:
1. The payment of the PXUPA coupon will establish that they have the confidence of their bankers.
2. Return to profitablility (which should happen next year).
3. Payment of dividends....

I think that the market will want to see "the money on the table" before it gets excited.
