They reduced the ppm from the radiometric results to be conservative, thus giving them a lower total resource.
Not sure why they've then applied a factor of 0.85 to reduce it even further, but hey, they're the experts.
Just trying to be extra conservative, so they don't overestimate the resource I suppose.
