Todays EPC should Do it.

Diversified engineering and infrastructure company RCR Tomlinson Ltd (ASX: RCR), is pleased to announce
that it has received a notice to proceed for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) and
Operation and Maintenance (“O&M”) for the 75MWac Clermont Solar Farm and the 88MWac Wemen Solar
Farm, being developed by international renewable energy company, Wirsol Energy Ltd (part of the WIRCON
Group).
As announced on 13 November 2017, RCR’s EPC and O&M contracts for these projects are valued at
approximately $260 million.
With the EPC and O&M contracts now executed and a notice to proceed received, RCR will commence
construction activity immediately on these two large-scale solar farm projects.
