What is really interesting is how the established player is reacting
The reduction in price and Integra's "buy one get one free if your patient gets infected with our product" reeks of desperation.
This aligns with the anecdotal reports I keep finding about sales reps leaving Integra and complaining about what a hole it is becoming.
Given PNV made less than $10m in sales last FY, this shows the world they operate in is small and word is getting out fast, and they are reacting quickly once realising the desperate situation they suddenly find themselves in.
