Firstly, what makes you think I am not older than you?

Lastly, call me cynical but I can't see Hancock paying 50/60c for STX unless there is another buyer, an extremely overenthusiastic one at that, who is willing to bid up strongly against Hancock. Based on my updated valuation, I have a fair value of around 55cps with updated reserve from Walyering and 20% export allowance factored in. Still cross checking a few formulae and doing overall QA but so far it looks pretty solid.

Assuming the ballpark fair value is around 50 to 60c, I can't see Hancock paying the full fair value for STX even if that value doesn't include OH - which is obviously a big upside for any would be acquirer if it turns out to be successful. But as of right now, it is still an untested prospect no matter how prospective and analogous it may be to Walyering.

For the benefit of all holders, hopefully the market will reprice STX in a fairer manner and this whole discussion becomes moot
