Yes, noticed that at the time. Don't know how they are going to get around that one.
Oil shows or lack thereof would be considered material in an exploration prospect, which
Upper Bell certainly is. There would have to be some ann one way or the other prior to
reaching TVD....at least that's how things used to work.
