A very good question.
I'm no expert but this is my guess.
If you sell all shares tomorrow (Monday Aug 29), they won't settle until T+2 (Wed), so they will still be registered to you (but clearly no longer "available" - they are sold).
Record Date for the Offer is Monday Aug 29, 7 pm, so I'd say, since they are still registered to you (despite the proposed sale), the answer is yes, you'd still be eligible.
However, if you really believe that the stock will fall to $2.05 (or less - and it may, depending on the Offer take up, and Premium above 2.05 - if any...), why bother with the Entitlement at all? Just buy them on the open market? OTOH, if they don't fall that low, it would then make sense to take up your entitlement....you have until 5 pm, Wed 14 September.
Why not shoot off your question minus "I think it will get sold to about $2.05 or below" to EVN's Investor Relations (if you can find email address - used to be [email protected] but may have changed), or the Registrar [email protected]
or call them?
Also, I think that HC member @mainholm is very knowledgeable on these matters.
