I think you need to be careful reading those kind of articles.
Because some of that growth is a result of Cloud Provider's rolling out new regions, it's not growth at a facility level.
NextDC may benefit from greater growth if Cloud provider's choose their facilities in Melbourne for a region down the tra k.
That said growth is still high.
NextDC as far as I know only has exposure to Microsoft currently, which I personally believe was the big jump we saw in the previous half.
I think cloud provider's will increasingly look to Hyperscale Data Centres, not only for cost but to guarantee room to grow.
If endless rates of high growth was such a sure thing I think you would see, cloud provider's moving towards rolling their own.
