Yeah it really looks like that large sell order was trying to halt the momentum. Interesting to think about a post I made a few months back. A Morgans report gave an approximate valuation at $13 to $14 if my memory serves me correctly when NXT has sold out there total capacity which was at 126 MW at the time. That price was based on the current $$ per MW they were achieving. With the latest cap raise spruiking up the future hyper scale facilities that will be built, makes me wonder how long it will take to sell the remaining space at the gen 1/2 facilities. A couple of large deals sure would speed up the commencement of the gen 3 facilities but realistically whether it takes 3 or 5 years to achieve this, it imo would be a fantastic result.
