Since BSA are not winning the NBN contract, SSM has a better chance - likely to get more of it. BSA's contract ends in Sept so it probably won't do much this FY but increased the NPV.
RN, BSA has lost $85M of market cap based on getting the bad news. SSM should increase by some of that.
