2c ex on 21/3. at the current price i would expect a 4c at 2nd half. will give you a 5% yield. historically 2nd would be better in term of earnings. typically they pay out 60to 70% of profit. just my opinion that it is over price now. didn't give you much margin of safety for the uncertainties.
