My discussions with management always indicated the US funds who arguably have a better understanding of shale, wanted SEA to get more scale. To be honest I was thinking a number of bolt on acquisitions, but this blew me out of the wTer. I spoke with Eric recently and I feel more confident but as I said to him ,having already overcommitted in the last placement, to ask us mere mortal retail investors to double down again, in many cases will just not be financially viable. For me at least. Rest assured the omnipresent instos who probably were the ones who sold from 12 to 6c willl be there to soak up the shortfall because the deal is actually what they needed. I will try and scrape together enough to add maybe at 5.8 in the market. If you believe oils is grinding higher this stock will restate once the indigestion is over​
