A price to NPV of .46 means one buys assets worth a dollar at 46cents. This is what I would call a stock with very limited downside and massive upside. If gold starts moving up the above NpV would grow substantially making this an even stronger buy.
The priced has been punished by short termism from Instos- this is where value investors thrive . The first sign of a change in trend is if PRU manages to close above previous short term high of 162. It has arguably put in a higher low and now I would like to see a higher short term high
