The real game is to be found in the selling.....by those who have taken a decent lick in the placement. The top 4 existing shareholders have taken 270 mill new shares between them according to the EGM notice, which means that they would probably be happy to let a few go before 6th March...easy money. After that however, evey share you lose at, say 23c, you run the risk of replacing it at a higher price than before.
Therefore, load up before the 6th or expect to pay more.
btw pickup, the buyers at 22.5 probably reaize they wont get the stock cheaper than that before the 6th hence putting the bid into the market.
