    Sorry, don't agree. If you remember long term holders didn't get a drink when Nyrada was spun off except the 30% share holding the company retained which arguably hasn't add value to NOX SP.
    What's the point to NOX holders if they don't derive a benefit if it's spun off? If it is successful, let's keep it as one of the pillars as it has huge potential and I don't want to stump up IPO market price to retain that benefit.
