Target $10.12 (was $10.03). Given there is no production, there is also no June quarter revenue, although the company's cash balance was slightly above UBS' forecast.
However, the broker continues to see plenty of valuation upside, with current drilling in Brazil leading the broker's list of possible catalysts. Buy call maintained.

Drilling at Browse has been beset with mechanical problems and Karoon's Brazilian testing has been delayed as well.
The broker remains a fan, however. No changes.
