    capital raising - issuing more shares! isnt it interesting how brokers come out with raving reports with valuations waaaaay above the current price JUST BEFORE A CAPITAL RAISING. If the stock was so good (and according to them nearly 50% undervalue) then why didnt hey cover it before?? Maybe because PNA didnt do a capital raising for some time! Interesting to see CSFB ceasing to be a subst sharholder now too!
