I wouldn't doubt what your reading in those translated articles.
I smelt a rat when KNL did that big CR. I doubt it wasn't done with good intentions but it signalled a problem which I deduced as being Mine finance delays.
Ended up being RAP delays which delaying Mine finance.
RAP is messy but I'm sure it will get sorted. Coffers are dry in Tanzania. How dry? Tanzania with all its industrialisation re-energisation and dreaming is dead broke.
It's needs projects like this desperately.
I wouldn't doubt what your reading in those translated articles....
