There's more than enough money in the bank for 2017. Finance should quickly follow RAP and this is when i believe Sojitz will show their hand.
Is a CR possible? It's always possible until you're a profitable producer, but is it likely? I don't think so.
I also don't think CBA would have taken up 5% starting at ~28c if they considered a CR in the near future likely. Just a thought.
