Sorry simmpa I didn't mean CR if I was ambiguous. My comments were merely speculating on a finance debt:equity ratio, where we may need to raise some equity which could come from Yoji's checkbook by way of JV/equity stake/pre-sales etc. I'm sure the Spinkinator already has a plan in motion which we will find out in due course.
